Job Advertising Terms

DRAFT — SUBJECT TO FNEHA LEGAL REVIEW. These terms are not legally finalised. Do not rely on this wording as final until FNEHA confirms legal review is complete.

Refunds and cancellations

Eye Jobs for Mob advertising fees are generally non-refundable once an advertisement has been submitted and/or advertising services have commenced. FNEHA does not provide refunds for change of mind, recruitment decisions, early appointment of a candidate, withdrawal of a vacancy, failure to receive applications, or because an advertiser no longer wishes to proceed with an advertisement.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where the Australian Consumer Law gives an advertiser a right to a remedy, FNEHA will comply with those obligations.

Any refund approved by FNEHA outside those legal obligations is at FNEHA's discretion.

Note: If an advertiser pays for an extension and FNEHA subsequently declines the extension request, an authorised FNEHA administrator may initiate a refund of the extension payment. This is a specific exception and does not constitute a general change-of-mind refund policy.

Advertisements are not transferable

Eye Jobs for Mob advertising purchases apply only to the position and organisation identified in the approved advertisement. Advertising packages, payments, job listings, partner credits and approved extensions are not transferable to another organisation, vacancy or unrelated position unless FNEHA agrees otherwise in writing.

If an advertiser withdraws a vacancy after submission or publication, the remaining advertising period cannot automatically be transferred or credited to a different position. A new advertisement and applicable fee may be required.
